- Repair or Replacement: 1 month comprehensive and 5 month non- comprehensive warranty or replacement of defective components during the warranty period.

- Software Issues: Operating system or application malfunctions, including viruses or malware.
- Consumable Parts: Motherboard or cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs carried out by third parties or service centers not authorized by us.
- Liquid Damage: Not covered
