What is Covered :

  1. Hardware Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  2. Component Failures: Issues with internal hardware components such as the motherboard (not applicable), RAM, processor, hard drive, or SSD, Keyboard, Battery.
  3. Repair or Replacement: 1 month comprehensive and 5 month non- comprehensive warranty or replacement of defective components during the warranty period.
  4. Replacement : 10 days Return Policy(If laptop is not in working condition or any damage happened by V5 IT SOLUTION)

 

1-Year Warranty Policy

What is Covered :

What is Not Covered in any warranty Policy:

  1. Physical Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  2. Software Issues: Operating system or application malfunctions, including viruses or malware.
  3. Consumable Parts: Motherboard or cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
  4. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs carried out by third parties or service centers not authorized by us.
  5. Liquid Damage: Not covered

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
